Quite a bit has happened since the first round offer was made. On schedule we have completed numerous big ticket items. All services are now in place and operational, zoning has been issued, first round funding and payment milestones achieved, and Development Application Studies have commenced! We remain on forecast for the 4 year term of this project and investment.
We are now opening our second round investor offer. We invite you to secure a 7% pa return paid monthly on your investment. For investing early in this project you will also receive a 10% bonus paid on successful completion of the project.
Details of the offer are below. To participate simply pay your 10% deposit via our simple only payment facility. Deposits are fully refundable should you change your mind. Applications are required by 14 October 2019 at which time the second round offer will be closed. Remaining investment amount will be invoiced, and to be paid by 30 October 2019.
