Project Progress

Significant progress has been made on the build over the last 6 weeks and the building is expected to be shortly completed and on the market for sale mid June 2018.

Key achievements for period include:

• Completion of external walls, brickwork & cladding
• Completion of internal plastering
• Completion of Internal and external doors and architraves
• Completion of tiling
• Completion of first two coats of paint – third remaining once all construction work complete and joinery installed.
• Contract for sale has been draft

New NSW Planning controls related to increasing the supply of medium density dwellings has been delayed by Ryde LGA which will likely help us with maximising our sales value. The Sydney and local market remains depressed, but our site location remains highly desirable and a limited number of similar dwellings is likely to be on market during our campaign. A local agent will be engaged first week of June 2018 to market and sell the property.
