Project Progress

Construction continues to progress well with the finished product now taking form. Progress has been slower then originally communicated by the prime contracted builder but still within Edans forecast of Q1 2018 completion.

Key achievements for period include:

• Completion of foundations and subfloor including minor defect resolution
• Private Certification and structural signoff on our Subfloor milestone.
• Completion of wall and roof framing.
• Amendment of Architectural Plans to resolve minor design issues and incorporation of service ducts for Air Conditioning.
• Finalisation of Electrical Plans.
• Engagement of Landscape contractor.
• Provisional engagement of a local sales agent to commence sales campaign Q1 2018. Costs and revised sales estimates are within original forecasts.

Roof, walls, glazing and first rough in is forecast to be completed within the next 2-4 weeks and we aim to have building at lockup prior to xmas.
