• A significant milestone has been achieved with the Development Application being fully approved.  Notably with no requested changes to design. This will have a significant impact to our ability to maximise profitability of this project.
• Nominated trees have been felled and site is ready for demolition. Following Edan’s strategy of responsible community development, we utilised an Ecologist throughout our DA and during felling of trees to ensure local fauna and animals, critical habitat remain unharmed. Furthermore, we utilised the “soft Drop” approach to felling trees to ensure no risk or damage to neighbouring properties or council assets.
• Construction Certificate has now commenced. Tenders have been issued for all work and are currently within budget and schedule.
• Project finance is being finalised, with an aim to start construction in Q1 2018 and completion Q3/4 2018.
