Project Progress

The project is progressing well and on track for forecast completion in Q1 2018.

Key achievements for period include:

• Construction Certificate has been obtained.
• Demolition of the existing buildings has been completed and site ready for construction to commence.
• Minor Sewer works and Water Meter works have been completed and the independent Water Service Coordinator Inspection has confirmed this work has been completed satisfactorily. This work has provided encasement of the Sewer to protect the asset as per our approvals and, provided two sewer and water meters for the residence to connect to.
• Builder contracts and all build documentation has been finalised, including contractual milestones for delivery.
• Builder has completed survey and layout of site, and commenced work on foundations.

Subfloor is scheduled to be completed this month and walls to be up by end of August 2017.
