  • Development planning is now complete and the Design Application submitted to council for approval. DA approval is expected by late May 2017.
  • The design is for two 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, residences with each being three levels and having a large single garage and storage. The design has successfully addressed the steep site, and will now provide a level rear yard for each residence leading off their respective living and alfresco areas.
  • Interior design review has evolved the feasibility design to provide more usable and flowing living spaces. Significant improvements have been made to bathrooms, WIR, and bedroom and living spaces. These are expected to translate favourably to end sale value.
  • Initial quotes for demolition have been received and are within forecast.
  • Indicative sales values have been sought from local agents and are within forecast.
  • Construction estimates will be sought upon DA approval.
  • Due to other project commitments, Construction Certificates will not be sought until Q4 2017 and  construction is planned to commence shortly there after.
