Completion

The project has achieved its most significant milestone to date with finance approval now in place and construction phase commencing. The Project Schedule has slipped due to the financing delays. New forecast for completion is Q1 2018.

Key achievements for period include:

• Project is now fully funded.
• The project has been independently assessed by MJ Davis valuations and our financial model validated as part of our Senior Loan arrangements. This highlights our sound modelling and forecast for delivery.
• Our interior designer has improved internal layout of both units which we believe will significantly improve amenity and saleability. The interior Design Scheme has also been completed which is a modern neutral pallet but with in-trend and asian focused design highlights. These details have been incorporated into the build plans, and believe this will produce a superior product to our competitors.
• Construction Certificate submission
• Vicinity Homes has been engaged as the prime contractor for Construction. Vicinity are know for their excellent home construction and quality, and have been able to fully support our design whilst meeting price point.
• Demolition has been scheduled 10 April 2017 and Construction will commence within the 10 days of its completion.
