Edan Property has purchased a new site in North Ryde close to the new Growth Centre of Macquarie Park. The NSW government is accelerating the development of this area via it’s $150M investment in Macquarie Park, Lachlans Line and North Ryde Station precincts.  This will come online over 2018 and Edan Property will capitalise by releasing our own Edan on Carramar dual occupancy development. The site is within 1km of the new precincts and is to provide 4 bed housing with low maintenance land that is in critical undersupply in the area.  Sales will commence late 2017, and an Edan on Carramar investment fund made available around the same time.

  • Feasibility Study of the site is now complete and Concept Designs draft. A modern singular form design has been proposed, with units side by side having good amenity and privacy at back of the site and green terraces at the front to maximise the natural surrounds. Whilst visually of singular form which helps accentuate grandeur, each unit has good separation of spaces to accentuate the owners sense of space and independence of neighbours.
  • Design is for two 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, residences with each being three levels and having a large single garage and storage. The design has successfully addressed the step
  • Survey of site has been completed and the site complexities now well understood.
  • Pre DA has been scheduled, following which formal plans for DA will immediately commence.
